This course prepares learners to take on the role of the First Aider when professional emergency medical assistance could be more than 30 minutes away. Learners will gain the critical skills and knowledge needed to respond effectively to outdoor emergency scenarios, from moving a casualty and managing an unresponsive person to administering CPR and treating major traumatic injuries.
